Hotel Facilities and Guestrooms

Q.Do you provide a car park / parking lots?
A. Our complimentary car park is available to all our guests.

【Hotel Sanrakuso】
Please be aware that our car park is not on site.
We offer valet parking service for the guests.
We will arrange transport for your car to the car park.
Please ask upon arrival at the hotel.

【Hotel Hanatemari】
Car parks are available on the premises of Hotel Hanatemari.
Q.Are the guestrooms Japanese-style?
A. All guestrooms at Sanrakuso (main building) are Japanese-style rooms.
The standard guestrooms in the main building are either 10 tatami mats or 12 tatami mats in size.
The 10-tatami mat room can accommodate up to 5 guests.
The 12-tatami mat room can accommodate up to 6 guests.
Q.Can we reserve adjacent rooms?
A. While we do our best to provide groups with adjacent rooms, this may not be possible in some instances.
Q.Do you have non-smoking rooms?
A. 【Japanese room】
We only have a limited number of non-smoking rooms.
If you require it, please let us know in advance.
If there is none available, we will prepare a deodorized room for your stay.

【Japanese western style room, Room with Private Open-air Bath】
6F Japanese western style room, 8F Hamasuishou and 9F Mashirano are non-smoking rooms (Non-smoking on balcony / Non-electronic cigarettes) only.
Q.Can I smoke on the balcony of a non-smoking room?
A. Smoking is not allowed in non-smoking rooms or on the balcony.
Q.Is there a smoking area in the hotel?
A. There are smoking areas on the 1st and 8th floors.
※The 8th floor is for the exclusive use of guests with open-air baths.

About the large bathhouse

Q.What amenities are available?
A.Body shampoo, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, milky lotion, rolling pin, brush and razor are available.
We do not provide towels or bath towels in the bathrooms, so please bring your own from your room.
Q.Do you have a family bath-type, chartered bath?
A. We do not have any chartered baths.

Staying with Children

Q.From what age does the child fee apply?
A. Infant facility fee is charged from the age of 1 year.
When making a reservation via the Internet, no entry in the infant field is required for children 0 years old.
(Please note that a fee will be charged if entered.)

Q.Do you have cribs available for rent?
A. Children's chairs and coo fans are available in the restaurant, and baby beds are available in the bathhouse.
Please note that we do not lend them to rooms.
Q.I'm worried that my child might get sick?
A.If your child gets sick, there is a hospital about a 5-minute drive from the hotel.

Barrier-free support

Q.Is the entrance of the hotel barrier-free?
A.You can move inside the Hotel Sanrakuso by wheelchair. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the stairs on the first floor of the large communal bath. (1st floor: large communal bath, 2nd floor: dressing room)
Please note that the rooms are not barrier-free.
Q.Is there an ostomate-friendly toilet?
A. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not have multipurpose restrooms or ostomate restrooms.
The closest multipurpose restroom for ostomate is "Shirarahama Minami Public Toilet".

Q.Do you have a wheelchair for rent?
A.Wheelchairs for rent are available in the hotel. Please contact us in advance as the number is limited.
Q.Is there a parking space for wheelchairs?
A.We do not have a wheelchair-only parking space, but we will provide a parking space as close to the entrance as possible.

Meals

Q.Can I have my dinner in my room?
A. [Dinner] There are room meal plan and restaurant meal plan.
[Breakfast] Room service (Japanese set meal / Shokado bento box) and restaurant service (buffet) are available.
The location and content of meals may vary depending on the plan, so please confirm at the time of reservation.
Q.Is dinner served at a specified time?
A. Dinner is served from 6:00 p.m. The last seating is at 7:00 p.m.
Guests arriving after 6:30 p.m. will be served dinner immediately.
Dinner serving times are every half an hour: 18:00 / 18:30 / 19:00
Summer holiday’s restaurant buffet: 17:30 - 19:00 or 19:30 - 21:00.
Please inform us of your preferred dinner time upon your arrival.
Q.Can you accommodate food allergies?
A. Although we are able to eliminate certain ingredients from your meal,
we do use the same cooking utensils and facilities for preparation.
Dishes served at the breakfast buffet are labeled with information for food allergies.
Please feel free to ask the staff if you have any questions.

Q.If I stay two nights in a row with the same plan, what will happen to the dinner after the second day?
A. The dinner menu for guests staying for consecutive nights will be different from the menu for the first day.
Q.Are we allowed to bring in alcoholic beverages?
A. You can enjoy in your room except for dinner time.
You are welcome to use the refrigerator in your room.
Q.Can I bring my own alcohol into the restaurant or dining room?
A.Please refrain from bringing your own food to restaurants and eating places.

Other

Q.Will you hold our luggage and car before our check-in time? (15:00)
A. We will be happy to keep your luggage and car for you before your check-in time and after your check-out time.
There is no need to let us know in advance.
Q.Can I send you my luggage beforehand?
A. Yes you are welcome to send your luggage to us.
Please write the sender's name and the check-in date on the invoice and contact us after you have sent your luggage.
Please ensure that the sender's name is the same as the reservation name.

Q.Check-in time is likely to be behind schedule
A. If the check-in time is more than 2 hours behind schedule, please contact us.
Q.I am likely to arrive earlier than scheduled.
Can I check in earlier than the normal check-in time? (Early check-in)
A. Check-in is available from 15:00. Unfortunately, we cannot accept early check-in.
We appreciate your understanding.
Q.Do you sell advanced tickets to Adventure World?
A. Advanced tickets (1Day Pass) are on sale at the reception.

Adult: 4,600yen (Age 18+)
Senior: 4,100yen (Age 65+)
Junior: 3,600yen (SHS & JHS student)
Child: 2,600yen (Elementary school student Ages 4+)

Notes: Entrance to the Park, Marine Live, Safari on the Kenya Tour.
Advanced tickets for Energy Land are also available.
*Payment for the advanced ticket is cash only.
Q.Can I order a cake?
A. We are able to arrange a cake for you at cost.
Please let us know 2 days in advance of the arrival date.
For details, please read the anniversary / celebration service.
Q.Can I ask you to decorate my room?
A. Balloons (for a fee) and flowers (for a fee) can be arranged in the room according to your budget.
We do not accept large scale decorations or decorations brought in by customers to be placed on the walls.
Q.Do you accept credit cards?

Q.Can I stay with my pet?
A. We are sorry that pets are not allowed in this hotel.
We do not have a service to custody your pets.
